Tracking Information

As soon as your parcel is ready, you’re going to receive our shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of your order.



Lacosfar ships exclusively from Italy (CET time zone) from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Please consider two business days from purchasing time (not including weekends or holidays) for process your order. Processing time is required for review your order information and prepare it for shipping.

All products are subjected to availability, while we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time, where we run out of stock in an item. If there is an atypical delay on the processing time of your order, or if your order will be cancelled due to every type of problem, you will be contacted and get notice about that.

Lacosfar ships all over the world via DHL. Lacosfar cannot be accountable for delays of the shipments due to meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are out of Lacosfar control.

Please mind that you will be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. For further information on custom duties in your country, please contact your local custom office.

Returns & Exchanges

As you are a consumer you may cancel your order within 14 days from delivery and obtain a refund.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please reach out to with your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product.

Lacosfar packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This is our company policy for hygiene and safety reasons.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
